Hi,
Public/Open Rfx both are same
There are two types of RFx
1. Public Rfx
2. Restricted RFX.
Public Rfx. -The RFx is publised in the website where any one who is not a registered vendor /bidder can access about the Rfx .If interested they can bid
Restricted RFx --You are sending the Rfx to selected vendor/bidder who is a registered vendor.there by you can know how many responses will come.
Regards.
