Hello,

I need to change the "reported by"-user from the user logged in at the satellite system to the RFC User. Here I have 2 questions:

1. Is it possible to do so without changing the code?

2. If I have to change the code, what program do I have to change?

Can I ask why you would want to change the Reported By to RFC User, what's your actual requirement outcome?

Hello Saire,

the scenario is, that our systems (around 130) are used for educational purposes. Our key users (lecturers and professors) are creating the users in the systems and after the course they are not used anymore (the client will be resetted after a while). We have around 2000 key users (lecturers) and around 60000 normal users (students).

The key users have an account in our SolMan, this is the user that needs to be taken for the RFC connection and the "reported by-"field. The goal is, that it is possible to create a ticket out of any user in the system. Therefore I created a RFC connection that requires a login. But I need to switch the sy-uname with the rfc-User. At least I think that is the solution. Or is it possible to change this in the customizing?

Problem solved. I had to change the code.
