Duplicate delivery issue

I have a issue where sales order has 1 line item with quantity 2 but when delivery due list is run by the user TC: VL10G then its creating 2 deliveries with reference to same sales order each with line item and quantity 2 so every order has duplicate delivery.

Reason: 2 users are running the delivery due list at the same time. Can anyone tell what action can be taken to fix this issue

Hi Vamsi,

Please try the below settings:

In TC: VL10G please activate field : List of blocked documents to u201C1u201D (List contains only blocked orders. By activating this field it will block the other users not to run the delivery due list for the orders which are already select in the list.

the suggestio fo M T to check in VTLA is a good one. also try looking at the completion rule of the item category via VOV7.

KIndly check the user role settings in the t code VL10g for the field list of blocked documents .

Hi Mr. Vamsirama,

When one document is open in one user screen then its suppose to show "locked" to another user.

If it is not showing to another user then do one thing

Go to VTLA --> Fill up the entry as per your requirement in field "Pos./neg. quantity"
