Block production confirmation, if inspection lot still open

Hi folks,

currently I got an issue with production order confirmations (in this very special case a milestone confirmation). When I confirm production even though an inspection step is still open, I only get an info-message, that a Q-step is still open. The order freezes afterwards, but the goods receipt doesn't happen, of course.

What bugs me in this case is that I have to cancel the confirmation first, before I can work on the Q-step again and that's absolute overhead. Can somebody tell me, if and where it's possible to change the type of the info-message from info to error, so that the confirmation doesn't happen, but the worker has to call a Q-guy first to resolve the issue?

Any input on this is greatly appreciated!

Hi Boban,

In OPK4 against result recording choose "error message if no insp. result exists", I think it may address this issue.
