my status is REL ICCO SPCO CTCM IRCH.but while doing ud i m facing error like the function you selected cannot be carried out:

Go to QA32>select Usage decision>go to edit-->confirm receipt of certificate -->status will change -->now enter UD code.

As your status id CTCM i.e. certificate confirmation missing.It is not allowing to do the UD.
