in QA32, , inspection lot was not cleared . its still open. how cleared that lot plz quide and insp plan i maintain certificate type

Please let me know have you taken result record or UD for lot .What you mean by open .

LOt will not get cleared even if proceed this lot .

Hello Sachin,

As you have mentioned that you have used certificates, whether lot status is CTCM i.e. certificate missing? If so, I guess you have to acknowledge the receipt of certificate through QC55.

Hi,

In qa32 , select the lot and click on the User decision tab.

Now you can move to next screen. here give the UD code A( acceptance)

which maintained in your plant. enter and save . and next tab . post the stock to unrestricted.

While enter the ud code and enter, if system say " force to do UD"

First do result recording. in the main screen where you see the lot. select the tab " RESULT RECORDING "

make it the status as 5 ( completed)

Then do UD as i said before . check the the status of the inspection lot as you knows

What is status of the lot

if it is REL then

In QA32 >enter material>f8> go to Usage Decision>select ud code AF -->go to stock posting screen & post Qty into unrestricted.

if status is CRTD then

1.In QA32 check the lot number

2.Go to Qa02

3.enter lot number

4.click on Inspec Specs

5.task list will be attached to the lot

6.click on sample

7.save.

Now if task list is not created then go to QP01 >enter material>date must be prior to that of Creation of Inspection lot.

Usage :5

Status 4

save the task list

Now follow above procedure of QA02

Status of the lot will become CRTD to REL

Now take UD
