Archived document appears in VF04-Billing due list.

Hi All,

I would like to know is there any OSS or adhoc program to clear the archived document which is still appearing in VF04.

We have a debit memo request which appears in VF04 but they have been already archived.

Not even able to proceed to analyse further as its already archived and we need to clear it off from Billing due list.

Any suggestions is are much appreciated.

Hi Ram,

you should rebuild the billing index (VKDFS) using the standard program RVV05IVB

Carefully read the program documentation as well as the OSS note:
