Pricing Fields in Sales order

Hi Friends,

I have a requirement wherein the automatically determined pricing fields (values determined by condition technique) should be editable for certain sales orders. Is this possible with any user exits. Please help. Any input is appreciated.

Hi Vivek,

It can be simply achieved by selecting the value of C - Manual entry has priority for "Manual Entries" field in Condition Type configuration thro T. Code "V/06". This will make sure, that you can change the automatically fetched value of Condition Types from condition records with your manual entries.

This is more than enough. Let me have your comments.

Hi Vivek,

I suggest a simple solution,

V/06 say manual entry 'C'

create a dummy Access sequnece(lets say Z00)

with only sales org as key field.

assign this to all conditon type in V/06 with manual entry 'C'

Maintain conditin record with 0 value for all condition type

Created SO, you will have your conditon type editable in condition tab .

It can be done in the pricing procedure.

Go to the condition type and there u have the options.

Yes u can do this in the condition type.

1. Check the Value change indicator,Where u can directly change the net value of the order

2. Check the Convertion change indicator(From % to qty (Vice versa)).In the conditions if u hd given % indicator,then u can change to qty based.

Y do u require to edit thru User exit only, U can do it thru V/06 also.

Thanks for your reply. But i need further clarity on this -

My requirement is that for a certain condition type, I want the value to be editable for only certain sales orders type

Now, I have the option of customizing the condition type as 'No limitations' or 'Not possible to process manually'.

In any of the option as above, I use the user exit LV69AFZZ so as to restrict the same in the sales order.

But, the ABAPer is not able to get the screen fields for the sales order condition tab wherein the condition values should be editable / non editable as per the sales order type.

Could you please further help regarding this....

Hi,

Go to V/06

Select your conditions >>> Details

Remove tickmark of AMOUNT / PERCENTAGE & VALUE

Even if prices are automatically determined, you can be able to change it in sales order.

If you want it for perticular order then see any authorisation oject is available for the same, take help of BASIS team
