When i take usage decision,the system should create notification automaticaally & send it to the warehouse dept?.Is it posible set in the system ?

There is concept of followup action in UD code selected set in QS51.When you enter UD code follwup action triggers mail.Kindly explore the same.

You can create a notifcation automatically using defects recording and have that printed out.

If everything is in spec, then no, you can't create the notification automatically.

You can use a follow-up action on the UD to create a notification if you want. You'd have to have all the code written.

What exactly to you want? You want a notification for every lot? For every rejection? For every batch? Every order?
