Add Approvers/Reviewer in approval preview

Hi All,

I am using n-step workflow BAdI for SC approval. (WS14000133).

I am having very strage situation. I can add Approvers / reviewers in approval preview in my development client but the same functionality doesn't work in test or QA environement. I compared Workflow / Task and all seem identical.

Any tips / clue?

Please give more details in this case. Which SRM Version are you using ? Are you using Stnadard or custom Workflow ?

<u>Seems to be side effect of any recently applied OSS Note.

Look for what all new OSS Notes you have applied in last few weeks using SNOTE Trnasaction - Notes Browser. Do a comparison of the OSS Notes applied in Dev Environment with the QA Environment.</u>

Any error message, while adding approvers in the Shopping cart.

<b>Please try the following SAP OSS Notes -></b>

<u>Note 952108 - Incorrect error message when approvers are entered

Note 741905 - Sec. level 1, shopping carts on hold: Approver not added</u>

<b>Also, raise a Customer OSS message with SAP as well.</b>

Hi

Pls make sure that in PFTC transaction : for this worfkflow template "14000133"

declare this as "General Task".
