Alternative solution needed for XI failure

Hi All,

There is a IDoc - File scenario where Picking Instruction (POR) files are sent to warehouse as text files.

Incase, XI to FTP connectivity fails or XI itself fails, we need to have an alternative solution to provide FTPserver with the required files.

Is there any such means of achieving it?

Hi,

Incase of Communication failure your channel will be in red.

you can correct that and resend the Idoc.

in case PI is down for some reason still want to sent the IDoc in the form file.

write a report to read contents from Idoc and prepare a text file in the requried format and can sent to FTP from the same program itself.
