Customize email body from BPM-Alerts

Hello,

I configured some monitoring for background jobs in BPM (Transaction: DSWP).

Now the emails are looking like this (obfuscated the real data):

Solution number: xxxxxxx

Solution name: xxxxxxxx

Process: xxxxxx

Process step: xxxxxxxxx

System: xxx

Monitoring type: Background Job

Job identifier: SAP_REORG_JOBSTATIST

Alert level/date/time/message:

Red 16.01.2010 00:16:09 Job SAP_REORG_JOBSTATISTIC with schedule date 15.01.2010; not yet started

My question now is, whether it's possible to change the layout of these mails.

e.g. add some custom text or remove for example the "Solution number".

Hello Marcel,

it is not possible yet but with the new ST-SER release 701_2010_1.
