Hi ,
We are using SCM5.0, We have setup CIF post processing alert and the Alert goes via email to Super user and Support team.
Our process is:-
-Super user has to take action on this Alert once he receive the message
-If Supre user unable to solve then he log a call and send it to Support team.
Here issue is Super user not able to understand what could be the issue form " Alert emai l", What I mean by this is there is not sufficient information in email text which talk about error text/product location, etc. ( copyof CIF log).
We get below text message via email :-

The CIF postprocessing alert has found new postprocessing records in systems
ECCCLNT500 & APOCLNT500
.
Time of last recording of postprocessing records:
R/3: 16.02.2010 17:44:05 APO: 11.02.2010 10:20:55
Time of evaluation of postprocessing records:
16.02.2010 18:00:25
Procedure
Use CIF postprocessing to check what errors led to these postprocessing records and rectify these errors.

How can we customise the messge and get the CIF error Log text via email

Hi Samir,
The text message that you have posted is just an alert
sent to the users by system stating that there is some
errors started generating which needs attention.
The postprocessing records will get stored in transaction
smq3 which contains the actual error records.
If you need the details of each message, with the required
fields, develop a custom report or a transaction using
/sapapo/cpp2 & smq3
