How to add output type in VA01 OR VA02 OR VA03 Transaction

Dear experts,

I want to print a sales order .

When I select print preview system is giving error messge no output type is defined.

How to know the output type is defined.

I had checked NACE where I can see the output types.

I want to which are activated.

In ME22N There is a option for adding output types

In VA02 How to add output type befor print preview.

Check in V/43 out put type is assinged to order type

and also check vv11 condition records

Hi,

Initially,goto the T.Code "V/43".Click on Position.Give your order type.Enter.

Check the procedure assigned to your document type.

Next is follow the path:

SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Basic Functions>Output Control>Output Determination>Output Determination Using the Condition Technique>Maintain Output Determination for Sales Documents-->Maintain Output Determination Procedure.

Enter that procedure which is assigned to your document type.

Select the procedure.

Click on "Control data".

Check the output type assigned to that procedure.

The same output types will appear in your order when you press F4 in the output screen.Extras>Output>Header-->Edit in VA01/VA02/VA03 screens.

If you want a new one,add it under the procedure in the path specified.So that you can view it in output screen.If you want it to be displayed automatically,then maintain the condition record for this output type using the T.Code "VV11".

Maintain the output condition record using T code : VV11.

With combintion sales org and sales document type.

Hi,

Try this.

VA02 >> Extras >> Output >> Edit

Enter the output type; select the line and click on u2018Communication Methodu2019; enter the printer in u2018Logical destinationu2019; save the settings.

Display the document and click on u2018Header output previewu2019 icon. You will get the preview.
