how to run the forecasting jobs in the background with job numbers?

Running Statistical Forecast in background as a job requires setting up an activity where you select the forecast profile. Then in DP Background job assign the activity and specify the selection profile with suitable Aggregation Level.

You need to ensure that Planning Book / Data View selected in the background job should have appropriate Time Bucket Profile as per Periodicity maintained in the Forecast Profile (like Weekly or Monthly).
