deleting mails from waiting queue in scot

Hello,

we had a problem on our crm 5 workflow - as a result i had to stop the send to exchange job but the workflow kept on sending mails to scot - now we have 2,500,000 mails in the waiting queue

is there a way to delete all of the waiting mails at once through a report / transaction?

the only way i know is through transaction sost - but i have to choose each time a number of mails between days - and i can't choose such a big number like 2500000 because i will get a dump of memory

I don't think theres any other way to delete them beside going directly to the DB which I don't think is a good idea... Increase the Max number of hits and try doing it in big chunks

problem is - for which max number of hits should i increase?

i tried 3000000 but i got a memory dump , tried 10000 and it's working each time i will try more and it will take me forever.....

Theres a lot in between 3.000.000 and 10.000 use something in between i guess...

Hi,

To stop sending mail first disable the smtp node. Then go to SOST select all and delete, have you tried this option?
