Output type to be displayed for sales order

hi,

I have configured output type for sales order. all the settings are ok. problem is I have to assign the output type to the sales order every time I want to take the printout. Output time should be displayed in VA02.

How to go about it ,, pl. help.

Hi,

If you maintain the CONDITION RECORDS in the VV11 transaction code, then it will trigger automatically .

If you want the Print automatically then in the condition records--Commnication mehod Check the field PRINT IMMEDIATELY and process he output via Batch job.

If you want to Print the OUT[UT time, you can print the Processing time and get it from NAST table.
