Is it possible to Implement travel management with 4.7..

Hi,

My client is using sap 4.7 version and now he want o go for Travel management, so what will be required to implement Travel and is possible in 4.7..

please let know in detail.

Hello Pulla,

Most certainly you can implement TM in 4.7 version. There is no such thing as minimum functionality as advised by other guru before. You are able to everything required in the life-cycle of a travel and expense transaction even in 4.7. The only difference would be the enhanced GUI in ECC6.0 with the ability to use portal to complete expenses(ESS/MSS).

At my current client they use R/3 4.7 Enterprise including the TM version which works out well. Let me know if you require further.

Yes you can use Travel Management but with minimum functionality. You cannot use ESS/MSS for the same. For ESS/MSS travel management you need to have ECC6.
