Is it possible to copy message in solman workcenter (Incident Management)?

Dear all

Is it possible to copy message in solman workcenter (Incident Management)?

For example, we created a Support Notification (SLFN) message as follows;

【ID】 80007000

【Priority:Text】 3:Medium

【Description】 Test001

【User Status】 In process

【Attributes】 SM1_200

【Business Partner】 ABC etc...

And now we want to copy the above message.

(Say, ID would be 800070001 and all the other section is completely same as ID80007000)

Does anyone know that it is possible or not?

Hi,

I am not sure how good this will work or not; but you can give a try using the copying control mechanism. This should be able to copy the message completely to a new message when u create a new one from the existing one. Please refer the following IMG to find how to do this:
