Uploading a PDF template with fine background details

Hi Guys..

I try to upload a pdf template, which has fine background details.. like high resolution image with fine pixels.

But when it uploaded into SAP.. it lost most of the fine details..

Is any other way to upload a template into SAP.. rather than general upload.. ?

Hello,

I have done the external (LCD only) template into SAP the very easy way: copied the root element of the template and paste it to LCD within SAP. What details do you exactly miss? Maybe you can just go to the picture properties and import the image again. Probably not the whole picture (like in MS Word) was saved into your old form and cannot be displayed in the new environment (like upgrade of image compression, compression off or something).

p.s.: Maybe the template source was a newer version thatn in SAP?

But still Ctrl C and Ctrl V beteen LCD and SAP is not working..

I hope you used Ctrl C and Ctrl V to copy n paste.. I dont find any right click menu option for copy and Paste..

I dont find any template source option in SAP.. !
