Create Single Delivery for multiple STO's

Hi,

We have requirement to create single Delivery for the multiple STO's using VL10G.

However, when we try to create delivery using 'Create Delivery in Background', the system is generating individual delivery for each of the STO's selected.

Any clues/inputs?

Hi,

Make sure following parameters are same,

1. Ship to party

2. Shipping Point

3. Delivery Date

4. Incoterms

5. Route

Then only system will create combined delivery

Thanks for your inputs.

The order combination in the plant customer master record in XD02 is already checked. The system is still creating individual delivery for each STO.

Also, the copy control is relevant for sales documents (Sales Orders --> Delivery). We need single delivery (NLCC) for multiple STO's.

Kindly comment.

1.STO's delivery date should be same other wise system will genearte seperate deliveries

Hi,

At copy controll VTLA

At header level set Combination requirmt as - 051 (Combination)

Then execute VL10G >>> select one or more deliveirs >>> BACKGROUND(Green indicators will appear after succsess) >>> click Log DELIVERY icon >>> Select group >>> Click on document you will get delivery number

Directly view it by VL02N

KIndly tick the order combination in the plant customer master record in XD02

by doing this the system will club all the STO into one delivery of the same Plant and the ship to party
