The Receiver not able to get the files

Hi all

The Problem we are facing is

When a Idoc generated from ECCreaching XI-and the receiver not able to get the files

all receiver FTP channels are up and Green

Even though the receiver FTP system not able to receive the File.

Please suggest me and share your thoughts on this

Yes, and also the i didn't find any error at receiver channel

Can you check the Message Montoring Tab in RWB, Select the appropriate time and check.

Yeah, Message Monitor from RWB gives no error at the selected time frame

Is this a synchronous scenario or asynchronous scenario?

If it is synchrnous ,then file adapter will not work though u get all ur channels green and no error in moni.

remove FTP parameters and try to place the file first in your local netwrok (if it is not in production yet). Check if you are able to get the files. This would eliminate atleaset FTP from the issue.

I am sorry, forgot to mention that We are already in Production.

This is the behavior in production only. what might be the cause

After few Hrs it passed files to FTP. didn't understand what was happen

It could be that your system was going low on Java resourses and may be it queued your messages. Once the system has the required resourses to execute the messages, it must have delivered them.

Then what could be the action for this, because my target system has to receive those files in time

because of this causes delay in receiving files

You need to test it again in Dev as Production system u can not test it. Just try doing NFS instead of FTP and let me know if it works.

What is teh connect mode and transfer mode, have u given in ur FTP parameters.

Its working perfectly in DEV

As i mentioned earlier, this happening in production some times and not a fixed problem.

Just try checking teh FTP client log, if any. U can easily find out whats happening wrong.

The files itself not reaching to FTP and more over it is not showing in out Receiver FTP channel,

because this is the dispatch point to the FTP.

Then i guess, there is some issue in ur FTP configuration. Just check ur host id, and password for production. because, id and pwd for Dev, QA and PROD varies accordingly.

I Agree, If there is problem with FTP Config means it should not run all the time.

But even now also it is running smoothly in production. Suddenly this behavior is often happening why i dont know the reason

I am briefing the problem again here

Interfaces are Idoc-XI-File

My Interface is in Production now. all are working well and good

suddenly one day following is happening -

---

When we generate the Idocs from ECC-comes to XI and processed successfully--But FTP not received any files

--Checked all the receiver CC in RWB, all are green and not able to see any processed messages with receiver CC

--There is no Error in receiver CC, FTP didn't received any files

Did you checked the Adapter monitoring from Runtime Workbench for the days where you had this problem?

What does this log file say?
