Procurement for Public Sector PPS

Hi Gurus,

Please give me the config steps for PPS on SRM 7.0 w.r.t. "Shopping Cart Commitment funcitonality". Our Business would like to create the shopping cart / PO for the next FY now itself and the Funds commitment should happen only on next FY and not in current FY.
