CUP 5.3 Support for CRM 2007 Provisioning

Does CUP 5.3 have any capability to provision the CRM Business Partner or organizational assignment?

We are implementing CRM 2007 without EP and the client has decided against using SAP IDM 7.1, just wondering in any other product has the capability to provision to CRM 7.

CUP cannot provision to CRM 2007. In our roadmap, we advise our customers to use NW IdM to provision to our new dimension products.

Is your client against using any other IdM solution?

They have been using iTim/Tam for years and will not likely replace that product with NW IdM any time soon. So we are developing options.

Hi Curtis,

You won't be able to use CUP to provision to CRM 2007. Doesn't ITIM/TAM support CRM 2007? If not, my recommendation would be to work with IBM and get that piece in. If customer has been using ITIM for some time then they won't agree to move to NW IdM.

Why CUP is not able to provision CRM 2007 (CRM 6.0)? Can anyone point me to any reference document?
