Hi Mr. Pritam Sankhe,

I am starting my solution from the basic setting,

Pricing procedure is determined on the basis of givn combination

Sales area + Customer pricing proceudre + Document pricing procedure

There is a posibility that the pricing procdure is not assigned with your Sales order document type pricing procedure.

If it is assigned, same pricing procedure is coming in the sales order and only that condition type is not coming then follow the steps given below.

Open the order in VA03 --> double click at item level --> go to condition tab page --> click at Analysis tab --> now click at your condition type and see why this condition type is not coming, which requirement was not completed.

Hope this helps.

HI MT,

All settings mentioned by you are done properly, condition type is coming in the order but, it is not getting determined.

I have created the condition table as per the following values

SALES DOCUMENT

START TIME

END TIME

ISSUE VARIANCE TYPE

For a particular contract the condition table is updated, but the same is not getting determined for the particular condition type. it says condition type is missing.

Pricing analysis gives the following error.

Access Message Description

10 102 Access not made (initialized field)

Access (complete)

Field in condition table Field in document Value in doc.

Sales document Sales document $TEMP

Start time Start time @8R@

End time End time @8R@

Issue Variant Type Issue Variant Type @8R@

Pricing date 16.02.2010

I hope now my question is more clear. anyways thanks for the reply

Hi Mr.Pritam Sankhe,

Your pricing date is 16.02.2010, what is the validity period of your condition record.

Please also compare the pricing analysis of your contract and Sales order.

One more thing its says "Access not made"

I have seen generally that message in that case where one or two feilds are missing.

Please check again these four feilds

SALES DOCUMENT

START TIME

END TIME

ISSUE VARIANCE TYPE

and also check the requirement which is assigned to you condition type in your pricing procedure.

MT

Hi,

Go to VTAA and select your contract type and order type combination.

Go to the item level and select your item which is determined in the contract.

Then in detail you will find pricing type.

Over there just maintain the setting as D which is copy pricing as it is.

Then try to check out in the sales order whether your condition type is coming with price or not.

Regards

Raj.
