BPE Message Log--Deletion

Hi All,

We have very sensitive information which should not be logged in SAP PI monitoring.

Its an synchronous interface. We have switched off the log in PI system , we have even made the chanegs for Error_sync_log to HEADERS.

The scenario uses BPM. Whenever the scenario is working fine, it is not getting logged in STandard monitoring but it is getting logged in Process of sxmb_moni.

We couldn't able to delete the message even we delete the process id.

Kindly suggest some way so that we can delete the message in sxmb_moni-> process.

Is there any way we can delete the message??

Suggestions are welcome.

Configuring (Archiving and) Deletion may help remove the content from DB of XI......keep the retention period very low for this interface....may be 0 days.

Hi Sujatha,

Why don't you control access to these sensitive messages using authorisations? You can limit it to only those sensitive messages and allow viewing of payloads & message trace headers for other types of messages. See URL below for more info:

There is no direct way for removing the messages from Moni. Is encrypting the message an option for you?
