Dear Experts,
I added BI development system to solution manager development system,
In solman i have generated I-base and component numbers using ib_gen t-code.
and in satelite system (BI Development system) i have maintained BACK RFC name for bcos_cust view.
Now for a ticket created from BI Development system, it was not fetching reported by sold to party and i-base but support team is determining, can u guide me on this issue.

Hi thiru ,
you have to deinfe the generate the business partner for the entire users in the satellite system.
this u can do in dswp edit-->generate business partner. select ur ERP system where u r creating the tickets.
so the users in the Satellite system from where the ticket is raised will act as external users, and hence the BP will be determined automatically.
