PO created in SRM is not reflected in R/3

Hi Experts,

PO created in SRM is not reflected in R/3 .

and when i check in RZ20 , i get these below error messages:

1. Local errors: Comm. error checking account assignmt for purchase order 43156621355 in system PP1CLNT100

2.Output errors: Output error in PO 43156621355 for output medium MAI.

3.Backend Application Errors: PO : NO instance of object type PO has been created.External Reference.

And after manually replicating PO to R/3 ( using FM : bbp_pd_po_transfer_exec) , i could able to get the PO replicated but still i am facing the above three errors , for which user had logged an high priority incident.

So kindly help me to get these error rectified.

Suitable Points will be given for even Valuable suggestions. I Promise.

Hi,

Please check what exactly the error message in application monitoring in SRM portal. which is placed left of the portal.

Hello

Try create th Purchase Order in ECC system. modify the errors that shows the system ECC and modify the PO in SRM.

The PO travel to ECC and you don´t have any problem.

P:D Output errors: Output error in PO 43156621355 for output medium MAI = error for vendor ( output .... mail, telephone...). Check the account too....
