Customizing of the status in service desk

Hi Gurus,

i need to to customizing of the status service desk in crm_dno_monitor and have made changes in status profile SLFN001

but its not replicating in service desk

I have read through a couple of documents and the config docs are not that user friendly.

Please help.

Hi,

As you are using the standard types, I hope you made your changes while your status profile was attached to the transaction type. Please detach the status profile from your transaction type , save and attach it again., save. This will reflect the changes made.

When you are making any changes, it is always recommended to create a copy of your standard one and make changes to taht.

Hi,

After customizing the status profile it has to be updated in the transaction type.

e.g slfn is the transaction type for support message. and it will have the status profile details. update ur custom profile in there,

i hope this will solve ur proble.
