Hi Guru's
I want to customized the status in the service desk i have done changes in the status profile of SLFN0001 but there is no changes in the status of the servie desk I have read through a couple of documents and the config docs are not that user friendly.
Please help.

Hi,
Can you post the table and wat changes u have made.
its not recomended to make changes in std SAP, you make a copy of SLFN0001 and make chages to that.
and then assign that to Transaction type: SLFN or copy of SLFN whcih you are using.
