Report on Travel expense trip details

I have been asked to gather information relating to mileage traveled by car, motorcycle and bicycle, and detailing the number of passengers where applicable from Travel expense data. None of the standard reports go down to this level of detail.

I have tried creating a query using the logical database PTRVP to extract this information but the fields such as number of passengers do not seem to be available.

Is this information only held in the TE cluster and I must extract from here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and rewarded!

What version are you running ?

You could try S_AHR_61016401 report to define expense types and get the data for further analysis.

Yes the information can only be found in transaction PRTE.

I need to programatically retrieve this information on a report rather than a transaction.

I think I now have some code which will work but I was wondering if there is not a standard infoset I could use to get this information from the TE cluster?

Hello,

Rrom my understanding no.

But the Transaction PRTE is calling the report RPCLSTTE which is reading the cluster TE.

So you can use this report as a reference to read the cluster.
