logo background colour is not comming in white colour i output of smartform

Hi All,

I am working on smartform.

I uploadded the company logo in se78. when i excute the smartform the output is comming with logo.

problem is here, the logo background is comming with some ash colour.

i got the logo from the client in word. i copied that logo and pasited in paint then converted into bmp format.

how to remove that ash background. when i see in paint it is white, when i open in bmp it is also white.

it looking like letter with attached patch like logo.

i think you understood my problem.

Do you mean you tried to search and couldn't find anything, or that you tried saving the image as 256 color bitmap and uploaded it again?

Yes, i saved my logo in 256 bitmap colour. Uploadded in se78.

NO use it is not working.
