how to open lock

My production user id and pass word locked how to open this pls suggest me without takeing any other user id and password

HI

the easiest way is to go to transaction SU01 if you have authorisation and reset your password but in case u dont have authorisation please consult your basis team so they may reset your password.

KIndly contact basis team they will unlock the user id by going to t code SU01 and press Ctrl+F5

Hi Mr. Basavaraj evani,

If you dont want to take another's id then please contact to your basis team.

If you remeber your password then please ask them to open the lock(They simple click at lock icon in T-code SU01)

If you dont remeber your password then ask to your basis team to reset the password.
