Hi,
When BDLS job is in active state.Cant we have another one running.Its getting cancelled saying that a process is running.Thanks in advance.

You can have only one BDLS session running at time.

Are you triggering BDLS in foreground or background , you can trigger multiple BDLS parallely in background for different source and destination, here only the no of BGD wp's count.
I am triggerring BDLS in background.All for only one logical system.Will that work ?
Yes , this still will work if the tables the conversion is happening is not the same . You can BDLS in two sets say tables A-Z
and not (AtoZ) , if you are running BDLS simultaneously with the same logical systems without mentioning any tables BDLS will fail.
