add material in delivery.

Dear all,

how can add additional material in delivery.

Actually i am creating delivery with reference to sales order 3 items are there but i want to add additional material in delivery

which is not mention in sales order.

is it possible in SAP.

Go to zeroVLK, select your delivery type and click on "details". There you will find a field "item requirement". The standard entry is 202 and ensure that this is maintained there.

Next go to zero184 and maintain the required item category under the tab MItC

Hi

In the Standard Practice SAP Allow you create over delivery and Additional Material Which is not in sales order

But ensure that item requirement in Delivery Document type LF maintain 202using t code OVLK and the delivery item categories TAN Check over delivery as 'A' Standard in OVLP

Hi,

Yes...it is possible...In vl01n screen enter the material, item category and quantity manually system will accept this material as a line item..then do PGI..

Try and revert..
