Save Comments in request without approving/rejecting

Hello,

we are using GRC 5.3 SP 8.1.

Is there any possibility to write a comment in a request and saving it without approving, rejecting or setting it on hold? So that other approvers can see hints etc. for this user/request. I am searching for a save-function just for the comments. By setting it on hold no other approver can see the request anymore.

This seems to be a limitation of CUP requests. For other workflow types like SOD and UAR, requests do have Save feature where reviewers can enter a comment and then Save the request without taking any other action(Approve/reject..etc).

I will suggest to open a CSS message with SAP for this enhancement.

Agree with Amol. This is a limitation and should be fixed for CUP requests. Lots of customers have asked for this feature.
