Decision Maker : users belong to same role

Dear Gurus,

I would like to set decision maker as many persons belong to the same role.

For example I have a role : PD Manager with 2 persons:

User A and User B, I add PD Manager as Decision maker with person : User A, then I cannot assign also User B because the role disappeared from the drop list....

Is it possible assign as decision leader many persons belong to the same role^?

Thank you in advance

Vanessa

Hi Vanessa,

I think , your issue is related to cProject decision:

You can use the user defined status. Assign these status to the user by doing some abap development.

With the same role , you have 2 users but different status, so you can control your approval process.

Thanks,

Hi

For knowing @ status:

[Status Management|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_ppm450sp04/helpdata/en/ae/fa1c3d2b058c4ce10000000a114084/frameset.htm]

About decisions, if the decisions are made by more than 1 person, you can try using custom workflow for completing the phase.

I know user status and workflow but my problem was :

to do begin approval with 2 users belong to the same Proejct role....

so i don't understand why I have to create a user status...

Example I have to "Begin approval to User A and User B, the users belong to Project role PDM Role If I define the PDM Role as decision maker I cannot insert both users but only one why?
