CTM demand droping

Hi Guys,

In CTM demands are dropped with the message "Empty scheduling" Interaval . Can any one explain the message and tell me under which condition this happen.

Hi Thamizh,

1) Check the CTM master data profile is consistent

using transaction /SAPAPO/CTM01

2) Check the application logs created

3) Check in CTM customisation whether "maximum

time for scheduling a demand" is maintained

Hi,

The master data is consistent,the maximum lateness is 1000 Hrs in Pegging view of product master, other than this is there any configuration to define maximum time limit for the demand to be considered( in SPRo)

Check Capable To Match --> Global CTM settings under SPRO.
