Not able to read the file..

Dear All,

I am doing a flat file to IDOC scenario & I am having issue where my file is not getting read.

The file is picked up from the source folder but the message in not coming in Moni.

In communication channel monitoring the message is successful but the audit log shows :Empty Document found. Proceed without sending message".

What is the reson for the file being not read??

The senario is working fine as other files are getting processed successfully.

Please help.

Hi sachi

Please check whether there is any data in the file , as it says Empty document found means there is no data in the file .

Check once again your file content conversion parameters

Refresh the cache through sxi_cache

Run the scenario . Hope it will read

The file was not picked up as it was save in UNICODE format, it was supposed to be ANSI.
