Your attention and very precious time allocated to help would be Truly Appreciated. We are activating 'batch management' indicator in purchasing view for material with zero stock
Some material without any pending WM TR and WM quant, we could activate batch management indicator
However, many material with zero stock cannot activate 'batch management' indicator because of error message
"Material Master Maintenance
The batch management requirement cannot
be changed for the following reasons:
WM transfer requirements already exist.
Whse number TR number TR item
AAA
WM quants already exist
Whse number Quant
AAA
THere materials has zero stock, when we try to clear the pending TR via convert TR to TO and confirm the TO, we couldn't convert TR to TO because there isn't any stock and the error message "Total of scheduled quantities exceeds quantity to be placed into storage", message number is L3045
Would you please help tell if there is any way to clear the pending WM TR and WM quant for these zero stock materials without archive the pending TR and the pending quant, please?
