STAD Report

Dear Guru's,

I'm unable to get the report from STAD t-code. Do we need to activate anything to get this report.

Kindly suggest for this.

Hello Guna,

which basis release your system is running on? 7x?

In this case: which system timezone is configured in both client 000 and the productive client (check with transaction STZAC)? Also execute report tzcusthelp in both clients and check if it returns something regarding inconsistencies.

and in SAP, its assigned as (System -> Status)

System time 19:50:41

Time zone CET 15:20:41

Kindly suggest me. How to proceed.

yes, this corresponds to

So the result of report tzcusthelp is correct:

> System time zone or UTC timer is incorrect

You have to change the timezone in SAP (transaction STZAC), I think INDIA should be the correct one.

After this the system has to be restarted. STAD should then return data.

Could be Time zone problem as Nelis said, can you compare with both systems....when you drill down Total--> Day at ST03 both should look identical else could be of Time zone.

After giving that the report is not available in the screen, it shows only the emply screen with the headings which I selected.

Hi Guna,

Give proper inputs in the STAD transaction like date ,time and length (10 min default) .

If you want to look at the response time characterstics, give relavant number,i used to give 10,000 ms to look at high respose time transactions. Press enter button, the records will get displayed.

Check this job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_NONE_R3_STAT running in your system.

Additional thing check ST03G transaction ==>Control ==> collector Log ==> select any one and display

Job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_NONE_R3_STAT was not running but SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR job has been running successfully.

in ST03G, its showing "No logs available"

Hi Guna,

Try scheduling the SAP standard job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_NONE_R3_STAT which runs every hour with user DDIC.

First of all check why this job gets cancelled in your system for the reason.

Same standard job was not running in DEV but I'm able to get report in that server. This issue was with QAS server.

Try this way, in STAD transaction under Tools option , select "Additional Option " button with increase wait time factor.

Enter some good number(more than 150) and try again

Can you share what inputs do you give in STAD tcode?

Mean while check the statistics details in ST03==>Goto collector and Performance DB =>Performance Monitor Collector =>log

check the status and you can compare with any other SAP system in your landscape for the reference.

In ST03,

Collector and Performance DB ->Performance Monitor Collector->Log

Date : 16.02.2010

Time : 11:00:00

Status : no errors

These are details for the above 2 t-code.

It looks strange ,your inputs are ok.any way we will see what is happeing at Workprocess while you executing.

open seperate session and give some length as "30 min" and excute.mean while check the same in SM50 what it is doing and how long it is taking to collect the stats. ideally under report column in SM50 it should be "RSSTAT26" to get the data to display in STAD.Hope we will corner the problem.

As per your information, opened new session with SM50 and I provided length as 30 min & Executed. Immediately the next screen comes with empty data. Doesn't happened anything in the work process session.

Looks like there is a problem in collecting statistics ,try to reschedule the job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_NONE_R3_STAT in 000 with DDIC,as a result no stats were present in the system.
