Uploading stocks

Gurus,

I want to upload stocks,with QM module activated.I dont want to create inspection lot for these materials?How can i go about this?

Hi,

If you upload the stock into unrestricted

use MB1C - mvmt 561

So your stock will be move as unrestricted stock

If you upload the stock into quality

use MB1C - mvmt 563

So your stock will be move as quality stock

I want to know whether inspection lot will be created if i load thro 563.

If you activate "QM not active" check box at SPRO --> QM --> quality inspection --> Inspection for Goods Movements --> Deactivate Quality Inspection for a Movement Type then system will not create insp lot otherwise it will.

If inspection type 05 is activated then only inspection lot will be created.Otherwise not

hi,

check the material master . whether the Inspection type 05 is activated or not.

if yes, remove the tick mark.so the inspection lot will not be created for the

mvmt 561/563 mvmt.
