ROS Questionnaire - send button not working

hello,

we're working on ROS scenario for SRM 7.0

after the submission of the supplier registration form, the vendor receives an email that contains the URL of the questionnaire. when the vendor clicks on Send Questionnaire button, the confirmation text "Thank you for participating. Your questionnaire has been saved. " is not coming out, but we were able to receive the questionnaire. is there a missing configuration for this?

I am not able to view the questionnaire. i can view the confirmation message but where do i view the answers to the questionnaire and then accept or reject the supplier.

above all check if in the construction of questionnaire everything has been done correctly.

Than install this badi ROS_FORM_RUNTIME, i had a similar standard issue

hello andrea,

i suppose that the construction of questionnaire is ok as we are not encountering any errors in the submission and it is just a copy of the standard questionnaire.

how do we install the ROS_FORM_RUNTIME? is there a sap note for this?
