You can create it through a txt file directly. Go to /sapapo/mc62 and select the option through the file and upload the required file. Kindly ensure that the sequence of data in the file is same as charcaterstics in MPOS.
In normal steady state process, you can generate the CVC through the historical sales data through history Infocube . In some places even Z tables are created for giving planners an option for putting enteries and then CVC can be created periodically through infocube containing data of this Z table.
One more option availble in APO by directly copy and paste the excel CVC data in the CVC creation steps , selecting option create new enteries.
These are few of the options availble for CVC creation . For your requirement , I would suggest option I of directly loading through an external file.
