An internal program error has occurred see note 442831

Hi all,

I am working with t-code VA01and got the error message as "An internal program error has occurred see note 442831"

The note 442831 is outdated and does not apply for SAP_appl : Version 6.04.

I'd appreciate anyone giving a solution to this issue. How do I proceed?

Hello Srikanth, 1. Could you check if this problem is occuring specific to your id ?

2. Can you check you current support pack level of appl component and compare it with the OSS note mentioned component level. It might be possible that you are already running oh higher support pack level and this particular has already been included in support patch.

3. It may be an intermittent issue and testing same scenario after some time will not generate the abap dump.

Appreciate if you could paste more error logs if the problem persists.
