SLA configuration SOL4 missing

Dear All,

regarding on my documentation SLA service desk configuraiton from SAP, im looking for SOL4 for my SLA configuration, i just found SOL3. what is the differences between SOL4 and SOL3 ? please does anyone knows how to get SOL4? Help me..

Hi,

SOL3 is for determining the contract item and SOL4 is for Product item. Probably you haven't activated all BC sets to get this SOL4. You may need to re verfiy that. Else the option left is to create a SOL4 item catergory copy manually and assign to the contract.

Do you mean with SOL3 = Solution Manager 3.x and analoguely with SOL4 = Solution Manager 4.0?
