ERROR While network creation

Dear Experts,

While Creating network profile, I am facing an error msg "Cost element 900900 in controlling area 9999 not defined for

13.02.2010"

I check it with the Cost element, ithere is no problem.Moreover when I am trying to save the same cost elements with other networks , it gives the same error msg.Please do the needful

The cost Element Validity date is not with the date range you are creating the network, try to create the Network before this or after this date .

Or change the validity of the Cost element in Financial Accounting.

You can find it in the easy access in the Controlling --> Master Data --> Cost center or

Edit cost element from FS00 transaction
