The problem is not due to your comments but due to subject. With word U..R..G..E..N..T you cannot reply. Just remove this from subject while you reply and post.

This is because Harish had used patterns relating to örjènt and pönitz prior to the content filters having blocked them, and you presumably tried to quote him.

I can remove the offending patterns for you if you want, but for all we know Harish might be dead already... so I would suggest that you open a thread of your own.

Let me know which option you want to take.
