HI Gurus
I am stuck with a situation where in my user is insisting that he was able to delete settlement rule in Service orders till recently and is unable to do so now.
I have checked the config settings and the SETTLEMENT TIME RULE is defined as " Mandatory for release" With this i tested a few service orders and found that the settlement rule cannot be deleted once the service order is released.
I changed the config to "Mandatory for confirmation" and found that the settlement rule can be deleted if the order is released and is before TECO status. Once the order is TECOed the settlement rule cannot be deleted.
Is it really possible to delete settlement rule after the order is TECOed.
Are there any other config settings that I am missing which govern the deletion of settlement rule in a service order

As per my knowledge, We can not delete any thing once TECO is done.
