The standard workflow templates in SRM are good examples.

Please look at WS10000129 and WS10000271.

Thanks for your reply.

I have never used the Ad hoc anchor step in any workflow design. Anyaways.. I am working for a support prokect and I have a issue with a workflow design where the main workfklow template is using templete WS10000271.

I want to understand why the template is called WS10000271 and the output of this templete gives a gent list where he can act on a work item to complete shopping cart approvals?

Kindly advice me on this.
